What we collect
Your email address when you sign in, the research projects you create, the papers you save, any text extracted from PDFs you upload, and the questions you ask about your papers. If you requested a workspace before accounts existed, we also hold the details you gave then.
How we use it
To run your account and your projects. Paper data comes from OpenAlex. To build matrices, syntheses and gap suggestions, the text of your selected papers and your questions are sent to an AI model through Lovable's AI service. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
In our database hosted through Lovable Cloud. Uploaded PDFs are not stored; only their extracted text is kept, privately in your project.
How long we keep it
Until you delete a project or ask us to delete your account, or until the Noetira project ends.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing nathalie.vardanian@gmail.com.
